Questions buyers ask us
Can foreign nationals buy an apartment in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Foreign nationals may buy condominium units on any floor if the full price is paid upfront by inward remittance before the deed is executed. Please take independent legal advice before you buy.
What about parking and completion dates?
These are set by the developer and differ by project and unit. Ask us and we will confirm the current position for the unit you are interested in.
Can you help with financing?
Ask us. We will explain the developer’s payment terms for your chosen unit and what to raise with your bank.
Does it cost anything to enquire?
Enquiring is free. Any fee is agreed with you in writing before you commit.
